Join us every Wednesday night from 6-7 p.m. at the Rosenberg Civic Center for a $1 yoga class, designed to help you stretch, reset and recharge.

What you'll need:

  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Yoga blocks (optional)
  • Yoga strap (optional)
  • Water bottle 
  • Towel
