The Image Committee (Committee) was established by City Council in 1994. It's purpose is to develop and implement a beautification and cleanup plan of action to improve Rosenberg's image in order to help attract economic development and new residents; to promote a cleaner city through projects, education, and alteration of attitudes; and to work with other city committees to improve the image of the community. The Image Committee was originally called the "Clean Up" Committee, and later the "Rosenberg Clean Up/Image" Committee.
