Weekend-long traffic switch to open the northbound main lanes of US 59/IH69 from Spur 10 to Reading Rd in Fort Bend County. This work will begin Friday, February 26th and the mainlines will be opened by Monday, March 1st at 5:30 a.m.
During the weekend, US 59 northbound will be detoured down the existing frontage roads and around the work zone just north of Coon Creek at US 59. Spur 10 traffic will be detoured south towards Islab Rd and North towards SH 36 so that US 59 northbound can free flow along the frontage road.
