Biography
Felix is a Rosenberg, Texas native, born at Polly Ryon Hospital in August 1988. The child of immigrant parents who came to the United States seeking a better future for their children, Felix has worked hard to honor his parents’ aspirations.
He is a Foster High School graduate of the class of 2006, Felix went on to earn an associate degree in computer electronics from ITT Technical Institute in 2008. At 19, He married his high school sweetheart Maria Vargas, and they have a daughter named Elliana Vargas. With 17 years of experience in oil and gas repairing industrial electronics, Felix is now self-employed, running Vargas Removal Service. Was a dedicated Freemason at Morton Lodge #72 in Richmond, Texas, Felix actively participated in numerous charitable events and community activities.
