Wrecker Rotation Application

Thank you for you interest in applying for the City of Rosenberg Wrecker Rotation list. The Wrecker Rotation application process for the 2025-2026 fiscal year is currently closed. The application process for next year will open again in August 2026.

There were recent changes to the City Ordinance related to wrecker companies and rules and requirements. To determine if your company is eligible to apply, click the link to view the City Ordinance (Article III).

Application Process

Wrecker companies interested in being included on the rotation list must submit a new application yearly.

The application must be completed in full. You cannot resume the application at a later time.

Required Documents

The following documents need to be uploaded for each driver on the application:

  • Copy of criminal history check
  • Photo of Texas Driver's License - If uploading files of new drivers for ID purposes, be sure the photo is from the chest up with a clear background

Fees

Fees must be paid in person at the Rosenberg Police Department, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Fees needing to be paid by the deadline are as follows:

  • Truck Inspection - $150 (per truck)
  • Tow Truck Permit - $15 (per truck)
  • Vehicle Storage Facility Inspection - $100 (One time payment)
