We are committed to hiring goal oriented public safety professionals that are determined to remain resilient in the mission of public safety.  This is accomplished through various community outreach programs and maintaining a true desire for public service. Rosenberg is located in central Fort Bend County, one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. Our employees stay active, answering and responding to more than 64,000 calls for service a year. The jurisdiction of the Rosenberg Police Department covers a total area of 37.2 square miles and the estimated population of Rosenberg is now more than 38,000. The Rosenberg ETJ covers a total of 70.8 square miles with 51% of the ETJ still being undeveloped. The future of Rosenberg is primed for growth!
